These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fairyfy mobile application and website. By using Fairyfy you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Fairyfy application, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any child you register.
2. Description of Service
Fairyfy provides AI-generated personalized fairy tales for children delivered via our iOS and Android mobile applications. Users purchase tokens, where 1 token = 1 generated story, through a subscription plan.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
We offer Monthly (100 tokens) and Annual (10,000 tokens) subscription plans, billed through your App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. Token Policy
- Monthly tokens expire at month end and do not roll over.
- Annual tokens are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Tokens have no cash value and are non-refundable.
